VISDAK CRM ("the app") is a customer management and GST billing service operated by VISDAK Private Limited ("VISDAK", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who uses the app at crm.visdak.com.

1. Information we collect

From your Google account, when you sign in. We use Google Sign In only to identify you. We receive your name, email address, profile photo and a Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google data.

Business information you enter. This includes your business name, address, GSTIN, phone, bank and UPI details you choose to print on invoices, and the records you create: customers and leads, follow ups, products, invoices and payments.

Basic technical information. Like any website, our servers record standard request information such as IP address, browser type and time of access. We use it for security, preventing abuse and fixing problems.

2. How we use information

• To sign you in and keep your session secure.
• To provide the app: store your records, calculate GST, generate invoices and show your dashboard.
• To manage your plan, including Free plan limits, gifted Pro periods and partner referrals.
• To respond to your support and upgrade requests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your business data or your customers' data for advertising.

3. Your customers' data

When you add details of your own customers, you control that data and we process it only on your behalf to run the app for you. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to store your customers' details. We never contact your customers.

4. Who can see your data

• Your team: only people the business owner invites by email can open your business. Staff see less than owners.
• VISDAK: a small number of authorised VISDAK staff may access account data only to provide support you request, fix problems or meet legal obligations.
• Service providers: we use trusted cloud hosting and Google Sign In to run the app. They process data only to provide their service to us.
• Partners: if you joined through a partner referral link, that partner may see your business name and plan status, but not your customers, invoices or other records.
• Legal: we may disclose information if required by Indian law or a valid order of a court or authority.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and may be processed on servers outside India. All connections use encryption in transit (HTTPS). Sign in sessions use secure, http only cookies. Every business's data is kept separate, and one business cannot see another's records.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in and one short lived cookie during Google Sign In. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Moving from Pro to Free never deletes your data. You can ask us to delete your business account and its data by writing to contact@visdak.com from the owner's email. We will complete the request within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep certain records for longer.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent by stopping use of the app and requesting deletion. Write to us at the address below.

9. Children

The app is meant for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If the changes are important, we will tell you inside the app. The date at the top shows the latest version.

11. Contact and grievance officer
