Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and VISDAK Private Limited ("VISDAK", "we", "us") for using VISDAK CRM at crm.visdak.com ("the app"). By signing in, you agree to these terms. If you use the app for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

1. The service

The app helps small businesses manage leads and customers, plan follow ups, keep a product list, create GST invoices and record payments. We may improve, change or add features over time.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure, because anyone with access to it can open your business in the app.
• The business owner decides who else can sign in, and is responsible for the people they invite.
• Tell us quickly at contact@visdak.com if you think someone has misused your account.

3. Plans and payments

• Free plan: available at no cost with limits on customers, invoices per month, team members and some features. The limits are shown inside the app and may change with notice.
• Pro plan: removes those limits for the price agreed with you or shown at the time you upgrade.
• Gifted Pro: we or a partner may give Pro free for a set period. When it ends, the business moves to the Free plan automatically unless you upgrade. Your data is never deleted when this happens. You can still view and edit everything you created, but you cannot add more than the Free plan allows.
• Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires it or we agree in writing.

4. Your data and responsibilities

• You own the business data you put into the app. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, GST rates, GSTIN, HSN or SAC codes and tax filings. The app does the maths for you, but it is not tax or legal advice. Please check with your accountant.
• You must have a lawful reason to store your customers' details and must not use the app to send spam or harass anyone.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app. This includes trying to access another business's data, breaking or overloading the service, copying or reselling the app without our permission, or using it for anything illegal or fraudulent. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Keep your own copies of important invoices, for example by saving them as PDF.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, VISDAK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to download your records first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will tell you inside the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
